As if the all-electric HUMMER EV super truck could not get any more out of this world. Well now GMC just launched the Omega Edition. This special limited-run HUMMER EV Omega Edition features interstellar styling and an exclusive Neptune Blue Matte exterior paint color.
The Omega Edition comes just on the heels of the Overland Concept that was presented just weeks ago.

The Omega Edition will be available exclusively on the 3X trim for both the 2024 HUMMER EV Pickup and SUV. Features standard on the special edition include:

When And Where Can You Buy A Hummer EV?
At this point, owning a Hummer EV might be rarer than owning a moon rock. Reservations are full for both the SUV and pickup truck. Less than 900 vehicles were delivered to their new owners in 2022. Only a total of 2 HUMMERs made it home to their new driveway so far in 2023.
So what is the problem? The vehicle faced a recall last year due to an issue with battery packs. GM halted production to address that, and they are supposedly re-focusing on the Silverado EV as a higher priority project.
GM’s Factory ZERO Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center, a 40-year-old facility, received a $2.2 billion investment to repurpose and retool for EV production. Factory ZERO has been designated to build the 2023 GMC HUMMER EV Pickup, 2024 GMC HUMMER EV SUV, GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1, Silverado EV, and Cruise Origin.
How Much Will A HUMMER EV Omega Edition Cost You?
The Hummer EVs are pricey and highly desirable. The all-electric super trucks are not for everyone, but if you are into space-age technology, you better be prepared to buy a rocket ship. Pricing for the HUMMER EV Omega Edition Pickup starts at $149,995 for the 24-module battery. The SUV with 20-module battery will start at $139,995. Customer deliveries are expected to begin in the first half of 2024. The Omega Edition will initially be available for current HUMMER EV 3X Pickup and SUV reservation holders.
This new vehicle trim reveal coincides with a special event activation at the Miami F1 Grand Prix. The GMC HUMMER EV Omega Edition SUV will be on display at the “HUMMER House” during the Miami Grand Prix weekend. Invited attendees will experience 0-60 mph sprints in about 3.5 seconds through Watts to Freedom runs in the SUV on a closed course.
