Horwin, an international mobility company, trotted out a trio of electric motorcycles at CES 2024 that’ll grab attention and hold it. The bikes are part of the company’s Senmenti series. The three bikes consist of the Senmenti 0, 11, and X Hyper GT. Each of these two-wheeled wonders are said to combine easy operation and powerful performance. And though they look like something out of the future, each is open for preorder now. Here’s a look at the Horwin Senmenti electric motorcycles.

Senmenti 0

The Senmenti 0 is Horwin’s groundbreaking electric motorcycle. It boasts instant power delivery and AI-driven performance. In terms of range and performance, Senmenti 0 accelerates from 0-60 mph in a blistering 2.8 seconds. Its top speed is 125 mph. The bike offers an impressive 186 miles of range on a single full charge. And on the topic of charging, the bike’s charge port is compatible with car DC chargers and operates at a robust 400V. Updates can be requested through OTA software. Moving to the chassis, the rear shocks feature a KYB spring shock dampener, complemented by J. Juan dual-piston front and single-piston rear caliper brakes. The heart of Senmenti 0 lies in its battery and motor specifications. It has a 16.9 kWh lithium battery, 2.2 kW external power output, 74 kW of max power, approximately 99 horsepower, and 659 lb-ft of peak torque.

Senmenti 11

The Senmenti 11 is the latest addition to the lineup. It’s a high-performance electric motorcycle that has several interesting features including variable body covers in different styles, a low seat height, an aggressive stance, and split rear wheels. A couple things: The variable body covers provide riders with the flexibility to personalize their motorcycles according to their preferences. Also, the split rear wheels contribute to the motorcycle’s overall stability and maneuverability while contributing to the bike’s high-performance capabilities.

Senmenti X Hyper GT

And then there’s the eye-popping Senmenti X Hyper GT. It bundles Horwin’s commitment to blending urban “avant-garde design” with superior performance tailored for long-distance adventures. It’s equipped with a potent motor boasting a maximum power of 74 kW and it features an integrated die-cast battery pack with an impressive 25.9 kWh capacity. Horwin wanted to ensure that riders experience not only a visually striking motorcycle but also one that delivers unparalleled performance for extended journeys. Moving on to the range and performance metrics, the Senmenti X doesn’t disappoint. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds, and it has an estimated range exceeding 250 miles on a single full charge. It also has a DC power outlet to charge electronics, an adaptable riding position, and adjustable equipment.

Similarities Among Models

It’s important to note that each bike has similar features. Each has an “IM” Integrated (Intelligent Mobility) Chassis. This combines performance, range, and weight. The chassis boasts a highly integrated structure, optimizing battery range, reducing unnecessary wires and connection parts, and efficiently managing thermal dynamics. Consequently, the adoption of the “IM” chassis translates into an extended range, increased performance, and minimal power waste during operation. All motorcycles are equipped with charging capabilities that can power a wide range of electronic devices and appliances. They can also charge other Senmenti motorcycles. They also have a Sophisticated Thermal Management System. This system incorporates 3-in-1 electrical control, modular connection, and intelligent heat management. By minimizing unnecessary heat generation, supporting pre-heating in low temperatures, and providing insulation during stationary charging, this system ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Bluetooth, AI-Powered ARAS, and More

Additionally, each has a Bluetooth/NFC Remote Start system and 30-Minute Charge feature. And on the topic of charging, the national standard DC charging interface is seamlessly compatible with most home charging stations. Safety is also at the forefront. There’s AI-powered ARAS (Advanced Rider Assistance System). This driving assistant collects data to understand the rider and proactively prevent accidents. The system’s extensive features include 360-degree vision, adaptive cruise control, intelligent high-beam switching, and sentry mode. Additionally, lane detection, uphill assistance, hill descent control, blind spot detection, forward/rear collision alerts, and real-time tire pressure warnings.

Horwin Touts Advantages of Riding an Electric Motorcycle

“We’re thrilled to introduce Horwin and tell our story to new audiences. The U.S. is obviously a critical sales market for any EV company. As vehicle manufacturers transition to an all-electric future, Horwin is already ahead of the curve, thanks to years of developing advanced 5G-enabled manufacturing processes enriched with artificial intelligence to pioneer a more sustainable future,” said Wendsor Zhou Wei, CEO and founder of Horwin. “We look forward to showing riders, from performance enthusiasts to first-timers, all the advantages of riding an electric motorcycle. We want people to think of Horwin like your smartphone – you can’t leave home without it,” said Wei.
